Come Up Here!

When I was in school a teacher would tell me, “Come up here.” I had to get out of my chair and walk that long walk to the front of the classroom. Everything was changing as I took those steps. It seemed as if my life was flashing before my eyes.
“The first voice, like a trumpet, saying to me, “Come up here…” (Rev. 4:1) When God tells you to come up here what does that mean for you?  

Sound in the Cool of the Day

What do you hear; thunder, traffic, war, etc.? Let us learn to listen to the sound of God walking in the cool of the day.  

Jubilee Year

I do not know where I heard it but someone once said, “Don’t let the devil steal your joy.”
Well, can a New Testament believer still have joy and can he still celebrate in the times he is living in? Jesus Christ began His public ministry by declaring the acceptable year of the Lord by quoting Isaiah 61:1-2(a). New Testaments believers are to declare the “good news,” not bad news, man’s news, fake news, or the news of the day.
