"I want to take you higher" was a song by Sly and the Family Stone in the 60s. The only one that can take you higher is Jesus Christ. How He does this is by His love. His love is not a put down but a force that will take you higher.
As you allow Him to love you, you will find yourself going higher. Let's get high!

Rebuke and rejection are two different actions. A rebuke is turning on a bright light when you are in the dark. Rejection is a refusal or dismissal of a person. Rebuke comes from love while rejection comes out of hatred. You need to know the difference.

What do you need? Do you think you can somehow come to the place you need nothing? Amazingly there was an ancient church that did say, "we need nothing." That seems to be the American dream or even the Christian dream. The real question is this what God intends? I would hate to find out I climbed to the top of the ladder only to find out it was leaning against the wrong wall.
